Susquehanna Manor loves weddings! If you are dreaming of an intimate but elegant setting, we can handle any or all aspects of your wedding, from rehearsal dinner right through the wedding night. We invite you to visit us and let us help you plan the wedding of your dreams.

With inside table seating for 28, or buffet space for many more, your wedding party will enjoy the comfort and privacy of home combined with delicious food and caring service. In pleasant weather we can seat as many as 40 on our wrap around porch. Of course the dinner itself will be tailored to your individual tastes and needs. And unlike restaurant service, you will not be expected to leave once your meal is over; our house is yours for the evening.

Our six bedrooms offer space for the bride and her attendants or family to spend the night in a comfortable and stress-free environment. Breakfast - as light or as hearty as you wish - will be served at a time you designate, so the bride can sleep as late as she wants to. Five bathrooms allow plenty of space for last minute primping and preparation.

Picture the bridal party descending the beautiful chestnut stairway beneath a sparkling crystal chandelier to the waiting groom and his attendants. The spacious parlor affords plenty of room for guests to observe the ceremony; a high-quality keyboard is available to provide music if you desire. We can help with decorations too…. as elegant as you wish. Or perhaps you'd prefer the ceremony on our spacious porch with the guests seated on the lawn below…we can set a beautiful stage for a wedding to remember!

Whether you want a full dinner, hors d'oeuvres, or just wedding cake, we can provide the whole thing, or you are welcome to work with a caterer of your choice (subject to our approval). Once again, our staff will work with you to make it your special day. From the opening toast to cutting the cake, we want to make your wedding feast just what you dreamed it would be. A tent can be erected on the Manor grounds to accommodate larger groups.

Once the wedding is over, we do the clean up while you relax. Should any of the guests or the wedding party wish to spend the night, we will provide the room. So instead of driving home, you can relax by the fire or on the porch and reminisce about your perfect day.

And of course we can provide deluxe accommodations for the bride and groom, including a hearty Lancaster Country breakfast to mark the start of their married life.
